William True Stevenson and Lillie Price Stevenson, Kirstie Alley’s two adopted children, are still alive. Lillie and William are shared by the late actress and her second ex-husband Parker Stevenson. The actress passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022.

William, who goes by his middle name, and Lillie posted a touching message on their mother’s Instagram page. “To all of our friends around the world, near and far… We regret to inform you that after a short battle with cancer that was only recently discovered, our incredible, fierce, and loving mother has passed away.

Kirstie Alley and Parker Stevenson, her ex-husband adopted 2 kids throughout their marriage. The Hardy Boys actor, a native of Wichita, Kansas, adopted son William in 1992 and daughter Lillie in 1995.

Despite Kirstie losing a pregnancy before they were married, Parker and Kirstie did not have any biological children when they subsequently got divorced in 1997. Kirstie was previously wed to Bob Alley from 1970 to 1977. No kids were born to the ex-couples.
