Nate Diaz is still pushing for a trilogy with Conor McGregor, according to his manager Zach Rosenfield.
After a difficult few years under their umbrella, Diaz recently made the decision to cut ties with the promotion.
But according to Rosenfield, Diaz's management and UFC officials have had"good discussions on options".
In 2023, Rosenfield said that " You will see Nate competing multiple times in 2023, and that will include boxing,"
Before the main event began, Diaz was expelled from the location for striking a Paul entourage member.
Paul stepped up his challenge when Diaz became a free agent earlier this week, tweeting: "Hi Nate. Finally out of your UFC contract?''
Diaz and YouTube sensation Jake Paul have been in a boxing match for a long time.
